Mack Sudan – Chief Executive Officer
Mack is the visionary CEO with an extensive background of over 19 years in the Hospitality and Security industry. Holding an MBA with a track record in operations and revenue management across diverse sectors. His leadership is defined by a focus on staff and stakeholder management, adherence to regulatory standards, and driving above-budget profitability. Passionate about delivering top-tier service and outstanding customer satisfaction, Mack has positioned Xtreme Services as a leader in the services industry, guiding the company toward continued growth and operational excellence. His belief in “delivering nothing but the best approach” is the key driver for all employees to work exceptionally well in all areas of the business.

John Fatseas – National Business Manager
With more than 30 years of experience in the security sector, John Fatseas has held roles ranging from operative to General Manager and Director. His career highlights include managing the Department of Corrective Services contract for ATMAAC, along with other high-profile portfolios.
John brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to help XPG optimise strategies within the group. His deep industry insight, dedication, and exceptional leadership make him an invaluable asset to the group.

Robbie Bradley – Group General Manager
Robbie has over 19 years of experience in previously managing a range of high profile corporate, ACT & Federal Government Security Service Contracts, for a range of clients and locations, including The ACT Magistrates Court, The Family Court of Australia, Jones Lange LaSalle, Colliers International, CBRE, The National Museum of Australia, Australian War Memorial and The Department of Defence. Part of these responsibilities has seen Robbie gain experience in the operation and implementation of a range of operational and WHS Site Management Systems, which will form part of his dedicated responsibilities to the Territory.

David Kimber – Facilities & Maintenance Manager
David Kimber is an expert in the facilities maintenance industry, overseeing our facilities division and ensuring seamless operations. His experience is crucial in delivering high-quality service, while his strong interpersonal skills foster positive relationships with clients and employees alike.
David’s leadership plays a pivotal role in maintaining the standard within XPG’s facilities management division, ensuring that every aspect of service delivery aligns with our clients’ needs.

Norm El-Hayek – State Manager – QLD & National Safety Manager
Norm El-Hayek brings over 15 years of expertise in the safety and security industry, specialising in high-risk security and safety operations. His extensive experience in developing and managing safety protocols ensures that Xtreme Protection Group adheres to the highest standards of security. Norm’s adaptability to various project needs and his commitment to continual improvement align perfectly with the values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence that we uphold at XPG.

Muaz Bazif – State Manager (WA)
Muaz leads Xtreme Protection Group’s operations in Western Australia with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction. With extensive experience in managing security and maintenance services, Bazif ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Khairul Fahim – Operations Coordinator ACT & NSW
Khairul Fahim brings a wealth of experience in the security industry, with a strong focus on operational excellence. Specialising in security operations, client services, and event management, Khairul is an integral part of the group’s success over the last 10 years. Shishupal Nayini – IT manager
As IT Manager at Xtreme Protection Group, Shishupal Nayini ensures the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure. He manages everything from network configurations and user accounts to system security, backup processes, and disaster recovery protocols. Shishupal also collaborates with the IT team to integrate security into system designs and provides security awareness training to staff. bhishup abichandani – Group Executive chef & Hospitality Contracts manager
Bhishup Abichandani is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of experience as a Group Executive Chef and extensive expertise as a Hospitality Contracts Manager. Known for his exceptional leadership and operational skills, Bhishup has successfully managed large-scale culinary operations and hospitality contracts, consistently delivering excellence in service and quality. Dolly- National WHS Consultant (Cert IV in WHS)
Dolly is our National Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Consultant, specialising in risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and safety training. Her expertise is pivotal in ensuring Xtreme Protection Group adheres to all relevant safety regulations and standards. Dolly plays a key role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment, implementing safety policies, conducting audits, and managing injury prevention and return-to-work programs.
