Ethical Standards at Xtreme Protection Group (XPG)
At Xtreme Protection Group (XPG), we pride ourselves on upholding the highest ethical standards across all areas of our business. We are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and respect, both within our organisation and in our interactions with clients, partners, and the wider community.
Employees
At XPG, our employees can be confident they are working for an organisation that prioritises ethical behaviour and upholds the highest standards. We ensure that organisational expectations regarding ethical conduct and the representation of the XPG brand are communicated clearly at all levels.
We understand that our employees are crucial to maintaining a healthy, respectful, and productive working environment. They are encouraged to raise any concerns about unethical behaviour, and can do so with the confidence that their concerns will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, investigated thoroughly, and addressed promptly.
We value feedback and foster open communication through various channels, including work councils, interviews, and surveys, to build meaningful relationships with our employees and ensure their voices are heard.
Government and Multilateral Organisations
At XPG, we are dedicated to supporting regulations that aim to improve industry standards and enhance public safety. We are committed to ensuring that legislative developments do not create unfair competitive environments or impose unnecessary burdens on business operations.
Governments are among our most valued customers, and we strive to maintain positive and productive relationships with them. We actively participate in consultations on industry-specific issues and broader legislative initiatives, ensuring that our actions align with the best interests of our clients and the communities we serve.
Industry Bodies
We believe in setting high standards for the security, cleaning, and maintenance industries wherever we operate. XPG plays a pivotal role in raising industry standards by contributing to the development of strong benchmarks that improve practices across the sector.
We are proud to be an active participant in industry bodies that promote ethical behaviour, accountability, and continuous improvement in the sectors we serve.
Becoming an Employer of Choice
At XPG, we are committed to creating a workplace that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. We embrace a “There for You” culture, designed to foster an environment of trust, support, and care at all levels of the organisation. This approach has enabled us to embark on a journey to become an Employer of Choice, where the employee experience is central to our success.
Our I-Care Leadership philosophy drives this cultural transformation. By prioritising empathy, trust, and support, we create an exceptional environment where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to unlock their full potential. We promote from within, focus on employee rewards, and ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
We consistently seek feedback through our Employee Engagement Survey, which reaches employees across Australia. This feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.
To further enhance inclusivity, the upcoming survey will be available in 10 languages, enabling broader participation and ensuring that all voices are heard. In our commitment to continuous improvement, we have established four subcommittees focused on developing and implementing solutions that drive our Employer of Choice initiatives forward.

Supporting Our Customers’ Objectives with Sustainable Mobility
At XPG, we are deeply committed to sustainability and supporting our clients in achieving their low-carbon supply chain goals. One of the ways we demonstrate this commitment is through the integration of electric vehicles (EVs) into our operations.
By transitioning to EVs, we significantly reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, lowering our carbon footprint while continuing to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Currently, more than 90% of our patrol fleet has been replaced with hybrid and electric vehicles, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
The shift to EVs not only enables our security officers to perform their duties in a more environmentally responsible way but also supports our drive to reduce fuel dependency. With real-time data and security assessments, we optimise vehicle usage, balancing on-site personnel with technology-driven solutions for an optimal carbon footprint.
This commitment to sustainable practices underscores our dedication to business continuity, secure client assets, and a future where we protect both people and the planet.
