Our Indigenous Commitment
Xtreme Protection Group made significant progress towards our commitments when we release our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our approach thus far has focused on connecting with and enriching Indigenous communities within and outside Xtreme Protection Group and embedding reconciliation into our business practices and decision-making. This approach has centered around three key pillars: relationships, respect, and opportunities.
To that end, we have educated and engaged our people around the objectives of reconciliation and the importance of our work in closing the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
Our draft RAP-054964 Guidelines document is designed to educate and inform any employee of our team about Indigenous history and culture and provide a starting point to help build stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
