Mack Sudan – Chief Executive Officer
Mack is the visionary CEO with an extensive background of over 19 years in the Hospitality and Security industry. Holding an MBA with a track record in operations and revenue management across diverse sectors. His leadership is defined by a focus on staff and stakeholder management, adherence to regulatory standards, and driving above-budget profitability. Passionate about delivering top-tier service and outstanding customer satisfaction, Mack has positioned Xtreme Services as a leader in the services industry, guiding the company toward continued growth and operational excellence. His belief in “delivering nothing but the best approach” is the key driver for all employees to work exceptionally well in all areas of the business.

John Fatseas – National Business Manager
With more than 30 years of experience in the security sector, John Fatseas has held roles ranging from operative to General Manager and Director. His career highlights include managing the Department of Corrective Services contract for ATMAAC, as well as other high-profile portfolios.
John brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to help Xtreme Services optimise strategies within the group. His deep industry insight, dedication, and exceptional leadership make him an invaluable asset to the group. Our Security Leadership Team ensures excellence in safety, strategy, and service delivery.

Robbie Bradley – Group General Manager
Robbie has over 19 years of experience in previously managing a range of high-profile corporate, ACT & Federal Government Security Service Contracts, for a range of clients and locations, including The ACT Magistrates Court, The Family Court of Australia, Jones Lange LaSalle, Colliers International, CBRE, The National Museum of Australia, Australian War Memorial and The Department of Defence. Part of these responsibilities has seen Robbie gain experience in the operation and implementation of a range of operational and WHS Site Management Systems.

Parul Grover – Group Accounts / Finance Manager
Parul Grover is a detail-oriented accounts & finance manager at Xtreme Services and holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Canberra. With over 10 years of experience in financial services and specialising in working for bigger organisations like Rio Tinto.
Her keen eye for detail and comprehensive approach to financial management ensure operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Maddison Bright – Human Resource Head
Maddison is an experienced and highly organised HR leader who plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. With a strong background in operations, human resources, administration, and compliance, she oversees a broad range of responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, staff training and employee relations
Maddison is also instrumental in maintaining the company’s ISO-aligned quality management systems, ensuring all HR and administrative processes meet regulatory and organisational standards. Her commitment to clear communication, confidentiality, and continuous improvement helps foster a professional, safe, and supportive workplace culture.

Khairul Fahim – National Operations Co-ordinator
Khairul Fahim brings extensive experience in the security industry. Specifically, he focuses on operational excellence. Additionally, he specialises in security operations, client services, and event management. Over the past 10 years, Khairul has been a key part of the group’s success. Furthermore, his strong communication skills help build solid business relationships. As a result, operations run smoothly, and client satisfaction remains high. Moreover, Khairul’s leadership and dedication to operational standards drive our exceptional service delivery. Overall, his commitment strengthens the team and supports ongoing growth. Will Morosi-Stamp – Client Services Manager
Will is an emerging professional who, despite being early in his career, brings a strong foundation of knowledge, customer service expertise, and well-developed interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including government organisations such as DFAT, Defence, and the Mint, as well as non-government organisations like Communities at Work, Tandem, Duo, and various community groups.
Passionate about giving back, Will is committed to supporting others and making a positive impact in the community. He is highly organised, adaptable, and driven to continuously challenge himself, striving for both personal and professional growth

Anthony – Cleaning and facility Operation Lead
Anthony has over 15 years of experience in the cleaning industry across domestic, industrial, and corporate sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for his attention to detail, reliability, and ability to maintain high service standards in fast-paced environments.
With extensive industry knowledge and a hands-on leadership approach, Anthony is highly skilled in managing new start-up contracts, streamlining operations, and resolving complex workplace challenges efficiently and effectively. His strong work ethic, energetic attitude, and commitment to client satisfaction make him a valued member of the team.
Anthony is passionate about delivering quality results and fostering positive working relationships with both clients and staff. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his nieces, and values maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Blake Gattringer-Coghlan – Operations Lead
Blake is an Operations Manager for Xtreme Services with extensive experience in security operations across government, cultural, healthcare, and high-security environments. His portfolio includes major cultural institutions such as the Australian War Memorial, National Museum of Australia, National Gallery of Australia, and National Library of Australia, as well as healthcare and government settings including the University of Canberra Hospital and the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
His experience also includes high-security clients such as the ACT Magistrates Court, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and elements of the Australian Defence Force contract in the ACT. He also brings expertise in loss prevention and mobile patrol operations. Beginning his career as a security officer, Blake’s leadership is grounded in practical experience and strong relationships with frontline staff.

Urvi Rawat – Accounts and Admin Lead
Urvi is a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin lead at Xtreme Services who plays a key role in supporting the company’s daily operations. She manages a diverse range of responsibilities across both administrative and financial functions, including scheduling, documentation, internal communications, and basic accounting support.
She is instrumental in ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives. Urvi demonstrates a strong commitment to efficiency, professionalism, and clear communication, helping to create a well-structured, responsive, and supportive work environment that contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Shishupal Nayini – IT manager
As IT Manager at Xtreme Services, Shishupal Nayini ensures the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure. He manages everything from network configurations and user accounts to system security, backup processes, and disaster recovery protocols. Shishupal also collaborates with the IT team to integrate security into system designs and provides security awareness training to staff. His expertise and attention to detail ensure that our digital operations remain secure, functional, and aligned with the company’s objectives.

Bhishup Abichandani – customer service & Hospitality Manager
Bhishup has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. He plays a dual leadership role focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and building staff capability across all company locations. This position is responsible for shaping and implementing customer service strategies that align with the organisation’s goals, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for clients.
