How we can support student learning:
Trained Up is committed to helping students successfully complete their courses by offering tailored support that meets their individual learning and assessment needs. We identify students who require additional assistance through our enrolment process and routine screening activities. Once identified, we provide targeted support to ensure each student has the best possible chance of success.
In these cases, the Trainer is promptly informed, and a conversation is held with the student to better understand how we can meet their specific learning needs. To support informed decision-making, the Trainer outlines the internal and external support services available, including the use of assistive technologies, resources, equipment, and reasonable adjustments.
We believe our approach helps you to develop your skills and advance your career. Furthermore, we assess the suitability of these options to ensure they align with the student’s unique requirements. If specialised support is necessary and the student provides consent, we arrange referrals to the appropriate service providers. This collaborative, student-focused approach helps ensure equitable access to learning and promotes success for all.
